Caffeinated drinks have always upset my stomach (I've got IBS) which has always sucked but I work long hours so I've just dealt with it. IFRC, Ingested caffeine takes about 8 hours to leave your system so as the night goes on if you need a boost, an energy drink, coffee or soda will sacrifice your sleep quality that night. The bump powder doesn't affect sleep (unless you swallow any drip) so I've had more success with working long hours and getting good sleep lately. Plus no upset stomach so meals are more enjoyable. It lasts about an hour-ish give or take and there's no "comedown" or "crash" feeling. So far no irritation to my airways either. (A little congestion in the morning that clears up within a couple hours but nothing serious) Biggest benefit is i don't get shaky from this like you would from drinks or drugs. It kicks in within about 30 seconds give or take but it's subtle and smooth when it does. Kinda like waking up after a good night's rest.
I used the Red Label product for the first time on a snowy morning when I needed to get up early and shovel the car out, shovel the driveway, shovel the sidewalk, and shovel the walkway from the sidewalk to the house. One recommended dose and I did all of that and my elderly neighbors too without even trying! One question however - when I received the product, both vials were only about half full. I was wondering if they were supposed to come like that or if my order had been slightly Bumped into on the assembly line or something? Not a terrible value for the price at all! But the vials half full was a little disheartening.
